Wholesale Program
Wholesale Program
Volume buyers get a different door: two order tiers — factory inner box and full carton — with discounts that step up as the box gets fuller. This page handles minimums, pricing and inquiries; the wholesale collections remain the browse-first catalog for every buyer.
Two doors, one catalog
Retail buyers and volume buyers look at the same flowers but need different numbers. If you are shopping for one wedding, one mantle or one event, the wholesale collections page is your catalog — full stock, retail pricing, no account needed. If you buy by the box for a studio, a rental inventory or a resale shelf, this page is yours: tier minimums, volume discounts and an inquiry desk staffed by someone who quotes, not by someone who reads scripts.
The two pages link to each other and stay out of each other’s job — browsing belongs to the catalog, minimums and accounts belong here.
The two order tiers
| Tier | Minimum Order | Discount off Retail | Ships As |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inner Box | — | — | Factory inner carton — assorted SKUs allowed within one flower family |
| Full Carton | — | — | Master carton — one SKU per carton, the deepest discount on the ladder |
How the program works
- Two tiers, two commitments: an inner box is the trial order that fits one event’s overflow; a full carton is the restock unit for lines you already rotate.
- Discounts are stated off retail, per tier, and quoted in USD in your inquiry reply — the number in the reply is the number on the invoice.
- Bulk timing is quoted per order: processing and freight for carton volume are confirmed in the inquiry reply rather than taken from the retail shipping table, because cartons do not ride the parcel ladder.
- Every tier keeps the same grading as retail — a Tier 2 carton holds the same Tier 2 pieces a retail buyer receives, with the same bench checks.
- Samples first is a wholesale move too: the sample box settles material questions at sample price before a carton commitment.

Frequently asked questions
What are your minimum order quantities?
Two tiers, and only two: the inner box (a factory inner carton, assorted SKUs allowed within one flower family) and the full carton (one SKU per master carton, at the deepest discount). There is no third ladder to climb and no annual commitment. Current minimum quantities per tier are quoted in your inquiry reply and publish on this page’s table once locked — we would rather quote the real number per line than post one that shifts under it.
Can I see samples before committing to a carton?
Yes — two ways. The retail sample box is the fastest: eight swatches across the three material families, 20% off your first box, with the fee credited back on a follow-up order over $99. It settles the material question — cloth versus soft-touch foam versus molded PE — before any box sizes matter. For a specific SKU you are considering by the carton, production samples quote per inquiry with the sample fee credited against the resulting carton order.
Do you offer payment terms?
First orders are prepaid — card or the checkout methods offered at retail. After two completed prepaid orders, studios in good standing can apply for Net 30 terms on subsequent carton orders, confirmed per account in writing. Terms are an account status you earn with a track record, not a checkbox on the first form; this policy is a launch draft and finalizes with the program’s first accounts. [Pending lock with program terms at launch.]
