Every order moves in two separately counted steps: 1-3 business days of processing at our bench, then carrier delivery in 7-10 business days on the standard tier. Standard shipping is free on orders over $200 to the contiguous US — below that, a flat ladder of $5, $10 or $15 by order total. The full tables and the fine print are below.
How timing works: two steps, quoted separately
We quote processing and delivery as two numbers, never as one blended promise. Processing — picking, bench checks and packing — takes 1-3 business days; carrier delivery adds 7-10 business days on standard, 3-5 on expedited. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. If a wedding or event date is in play, order at least two weeks ahead of the day you need flowers in hand.

The fine print, in full view
- Expedited shipping is not available for orders over $1,200.
- Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses — you will receive a tracking number per package, not per order.
- Standard shipping is free on orders over $200 to the contiguous US — a standing offer, not a promotion, and it needs no code. Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO are not eligible.
- Rates are stated in USD and cover the order total before any promotional credit is applied.
- APO/FPO and PO Box addresses: standard delivery only, with a longer carrier window.
Tracking, delays and lost parcels
Tracking numbers go out by email as each package leaves the bench — a split shipment means two numbers and two emails, not one confusing half-order. If a number has not moved for seven business days, write to us with the order number and we open the carrier case from our side; parcels confirmed lost reship at our cost, prioritized for event dates where expedited is available.

How long will my order take, end to end?
We quote the two steps separately instead of one total promise: processing takes 1-3 business days at our bench, then the carrier delivers in 7-10 business days on standard or 3-5 on expedited. Counted in business days, a standard order typically arrives within about two weeks of checkout, but the two-step quote is the number we stand behind — carriers vary, and we would rather you see both numbers than trust a rounded one. Event-dated orders should be placed at least two weeks before the date flowers are needed in hand.
Can I speed up my order?
Yes, within limits. Expedited delivery (3-5 business days after processing) is offered at checkout on the rate ladder above, from $20 to $179 by order total. Two hard limits apply: orders over $1,200 cannot use expedited at all, and expedited shortens the carrier leg only — the 1-3 business day processing bench runs at the same speed either way. If the checkout date math looks tight for an event, the honest answer is usually a bigger order buffer, not a faster shipping tier.
How do I track my order — and why did I get two tracking numbers?
Each package gets its own tracking number, emailed the moment it leaves the bench. Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses, so a two-line order can legitimately produce two tracking emails on two days — both packages belong to your single order, and neither is a duplicate charge. If a tracking number stalls for seven business days, contact us with the order number and we open the carrier case and reship confirmed-lost parcels at our cost.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — a standing offer, not a seasonal promotion. Every order over $200 ships free on standard delivery (7-10 business days) anywhere in the contiguous US, automatically applied at checkout with no code. Orders under $200 pay the flat ladder above ($5, $10 or $15 by order total). Expedited delivery is never free — it is a paid upgrade on any order, and orders over $1,200 cannot use expedited at all. Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses are outside the free-shipping offer and are quoted at checkout.
