Verified Reviews, and the Rules Behind Them

A reviews page built on day one, before there are reviews to fill it — because the rules matter more than the count. Reviews here come from verified buyers only, wedding reviews are anchored to real event dates, negative reviews get answers instead of edits, and nothing on this page is written by us wearing a customer’s name. While the first batches accumulate, this page states the system; the reviews below it arrive as real ones clear verification.

How a review becomes verified

Every review on this store traces to an order. The review tool invites the account that made the purchase, after delivery — not a form open to anyone with a keyboard, and not a list we curate by star count. Wedding reviews carry an extra anchor: the event date itself, so a bouquet reviewed as it appeared on an actual wedding morning stays visibly attached to that morning months later, when a fresh-flower review of the same age would describe a memory.

What we do with criticism

The pattern that kills trust in this trade is not a bad review — it is a bad review followed by silence, or worse, by removal. Ours get worked: a verified complaint about a listing is answered publicly with what changed; a damaged-arrival report triggers the photo-and-replace path with no shards shipped back; a mismatch between photo and box feeds the listing rule it violated on our authenticity page. Reviews are our cheapest product research and our most expensive marketing to fake, so we leave them unfaked — the good ones included.

The first reviews are collecting now

This store is new, and the honest version of a launch-period reviews page is this one: the system above is live, the first sample boxes and orders are in buyers’ hands, and their verified reviews post here as they clear — unedited, whatever the star count. We would rather show you an empty shelf with rules than a full one without them.

Become the first page of evidence

The fastest way to judge us is the sample box — materials, daylight swatch and piece-count discipline in one order at 20% off, credited back over $99. Review it honestly; that is the whole arrangement.

Frequently asked questions

Do you edit or delete negative reviews?

No — a verified review stays as written. What changes is the answer under it: a worked complaint gets a public reply describing what was fixed, and where a listing was wrong the listing changes (the rule it broke is on our authenticity page). The only reviews that come down are the ones the review tool itself cannot verify to an order.

Why do wedding reviews mention event dates?

Because it is the strongest check available in this category: a review anchored to a real wedding date describes the flowers as they performed on the day that mattered, photographed and written close to the event — not a general impression aging in a list. Date-anchored wedding reviews also resist the one failure mode no star count catches: reviews written about a different product than the one now listed.
