Frequently Asked Questions

The questions buyers actually ask, answered once and linked to the policy page behind each answer — order timing, material differences, the sample box, returns and bulk buying. Nothing on this page contradicts those policy pages; where a number matters, the policy page wins.

How to use this page

Fifteen answers in five groups. If your question is about a live order, include the order number when you write — every answer below that ends in ‘contact us’ works faster with it. Policy numbers quoted here (shipping rates, return windows, credits) mirror the policy pages and change only when those pages change.

Orders & Shipping

How long does my order take?

Two steps, quoted separately: 1-3 business days of processing at our bench, then carrier delivery in 7-10 business days on the standard tier or 3-5 on expedited. We do not roll the two into one blended promise, because carriers vary and blended promises are how event dates get burned. If a wedding or event is in play, order at least two weeks before the date you need flowers in hand — that buffer is the single cheapest insurance in this category. Full timing detail, including weekends-and-holidays math, is on the shipping and delivery page.

How much is shipping?

A flat six-tier ladder by order total, from $5 on orders up to $49.99 up to $79 on orders of $800 and more, with expedited available from $20 to $179. The full tables — including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories — live on the shipping and delivery page, and we keep the fine print on the same page rather than in a drawer: orders over $1,200 cannot use expedited, and multi-item orders may ship from different warehouses with a tracking number per package. All rates are in USD and cover the order total before promotional credits.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally?

We ship to all US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus US Territories — those destinations are quoted at checkout and typically run longer than the continental 7-10 business day window, so event orders there deserve extra buffer. International shipping is not offered at launch; when that changes, this answer and the shipping page change together. The shipping and delivery page carries the current destination tables.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers go out by email the moment each package leaves the bench. One order can legitimately produce several: multi-item orders may ship separately from different warehouses, so a two-line order can mean two tracking emails arriving on two days — both belong to your single order. If a number has not moved for seven business days, contact us with the order number and we open the carrier case from our side; parcels confirmed lost reship at our cost.

Can I rush my order?

Expedited delivery — 3-5 business days after processing — is offered at checkout from $20 to $179 by order total. Two limits are hard: orders over $1,200 cannot use expedited, and expedited shortens only the carrier leg, not the 1-3 business day processing bench. For event dates that look tight, a bigger order buffer beats a faster shipping tier; the shipping page explains the math.

Materials & Quality

What is the difference between silk, foam and PE flowers?

Three families, three feels. Silk-blend: fabric petals over wired stems — the everyday champion, holds shaping, reads convincing from three feet and beyond, and takes fluffing back into form after storage. Real-touch foam: soft-touch petals with a give under the fingertip that cloth cannot match — the bridal family, holding to about half a meter on main blooms. PE (polyethylene): molded, weather-facing material used for outdoor greenery and blooms with UV-stabilized pigment. The sample box puts all three in your hands, and the quality standards page maps each family to its honest viewing distance.

Will colors match across the items in my order?

Within one order, yes — multi-item orders are fulfilled from a single dye batch, so the pieces that ship together match each other. That is a process we run, not a hope. What we do not promise is a screen-exact match: monitors disagree with each other and with your window light. For judging a tone against dress fabric or linens, sample orders ship with a single-stem daylight swatch photographed against a plain card. The color process is laid out on the quality standards page.

Do your flowers actually look convincing?

With the distance stated, which is the only honest way to answer. Every tier in the store reads convincing from three feet — doorway, mantel, dinner-guest distance. Tier 2 real-touch main blooms hold to about half a meter, which is why they anchor the bridal line. No tier is claimed to pass a handheld fingertip inspection, and we do not make distance-free convincing claims anywhere on the site. The grading behind these statements — three tiers, materials, checks — is published in full on the quality standards page, and the sample box lets you verify the claim against the swatch.

Can I use artificial flowers outdoors?

Tier 3 lines are built for it — molded PE with UV-stabilized pigment, made for wreaths, planters, window boxes and covered walls. Outdoors, everything fades eventually; UV-stabilized pieces fade slower in the same spot than standard material would — slower, not never. Placement moves the needle more than pigment: covered porches stretch life, south-facing walls in high-UV regions shorten it. Until per-SKU UV test results publish, outdoor listings carry placement guidance rather than year counts, and the UV-resistant collections gather the built-for-exposure lines.

Sample Box

What is in the sample box?

Eight swatches spanning the three material families we sell — silk-blend fabric petals, real-touch foam blooms, and PE molded greenery — plus a printed card naming every swatch and its family, so nothing in the box is a mystery. The count on the card is the count in the box. Your first box ships at 20% off, and the fee is credited back on your next order of $99 or more. Full contents and the credit terms are on the sample box page.

How does the sample box credit work?

Pay for the box now; when a later order crosses $99, the box fee comes off that order at checkout — once, automatically. The 20% first-box discount and the credit are separate benefits: one discounts the box itself, the other refunds its fee against a qualifying follow-up order. One credit per household. Terms in full live on the sample box page.

Is the sample box returnable?

The box itself is not returnable — it is a consumable starter item that already ships at 20% off and pays itself back as credit. Damaged or short counts are a different matter: report with photos within 7 days of delivery and the piece is replaced free. The sample box page carries the full terms.

Returns & Issues

What is your return policy?

In short: 30 days from delivery for unused items in resalable condition, refund to your original payment method within 7-14 days of the return scanning in. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded at our cost — report with photos within 7 days of delivery. Final Sale items and custom bulk lines are excluded, and the sample box is handled under its own terms. Every clause, including what ‘resalable’ means, is on the returns and refunds page.

My order arrived damaged — what now?

Photos first, fast: send order number plus photos of the damage and the shipping box within 7 days of delivery, through the contact page or WhatsApp. Damaged and defective items are replaced or refunded at our cost — return shipping is on us, not you — and event-dated orders get prioritized handling on replacements. Do not discard the box or padding until the claim is settled; carriers sometimes want the packaging photographed again.

Wholesale

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes — two tiers, open to event studios, rental inventories and resellers. An inner box (assorted SKUs within one flower family) is the trial unit; a full carton (one SKU, master carton) carries the deepest discount. Minimums and tier pricing quote per inquiry and publish once locked; first orders are prepaid, with Net 30 available after a track record. The wholesale program page carries the table and the inquiry form; retail buyers browsing the same catalog use the wholesale collections page.
